A88XM-A FM2+/FM2 Question/Help

I got to reading the specs (and i am new to this so i could be very wrong) but can this mobo only power a CPU fan and one case fan? sorry for the noob question I just want to make sure because the case i ordered has 2 fans preinstalled and i plan on adding one more 120mm fan in the future. Im using it with an Athlon II x4 760k.

My PSU is the corsair CX430w and my case in the Rosewill Line-M micro atx, will these have the factory parts i need?
