Hello, it is my first time building a PC. and I am starting from scratch: need to buy everything.
I need suggestions please, before making a final decision.
Especially on what cooler I should get? Air coolers, Water Coolers? Which brand and which item?

Here I have a shopping list:
========================================================
CPU: i7-4930k
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cooler: Undecided
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Motherboard: ASUS RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION LGA 2011 eATX Intel
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ram: G.SKILL Trident X Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GPU: EVGA 03G-P4-2884-KR GeForce GTX 780 Ti
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 ST3000DM001 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Powersupply: Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 - 850W
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Case: Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, come with Five Fans, window side panel, top HDD dock
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Inputs&Outputs(Mouse&Key, Monitor, Audio Systems): I will look at them later, no biggie.
========================================================

I play 3D video games and use engineering programs like CAD, CATIA, and I play around with Photoshop ; and I also will try my best to overclock my CPU sinceI am a multitasker: I want to do CADings and video games and taking care of documents all at one time.
I prefer to have stronger power behind my machine. My shopping list sums up to $2500 so far. my budge is $1500-3000 . I am getting these parts at local MicroCenter and Newegg.

I appreciate any responses

No no no. Cooler Master is the brand of the PSU. Also, I whipped you up a suggestion build:

What I did to the build: First of all, you dont really need the Intel Core i7-4930k. You may be using CAD but what you do still doesn't require it. The Core i7 4770k is cheaper and much more efficient, you could have saved money and put it toward a more high quality PSU.

I also changed your PSU to a higher quality brand: Corsair. You can be sure that if it isn't DOA, it'll do some serious work for you.

And your GPU. You chose the 780 Ti over the R9 290X? Did you know you were paying more money for a slower product? The 780 Ti has a 384-bit memory bus, the R9 290X has a 512-bit memory bus. The 780 Ti has 3 gigs of GDDR5 vRAM in it, the R9 290X has 4. The R9 290X also runs 200 MHz faster than the 780 Ti (well 200 MHz is really nothing to get hyped over). So I changed that as well.

I also got you a Cooler Master HAF 912 case, a critically acclaimed and highly recommended case for high end PCs.

That's about it.

Thanks a lot dude. it was straight forward and helpful!!

I just bought i7-4930k. Can I still use your suggested parts? Is it more powerful than 4770k? or should I return it and save some money?

If you just bought it, it is more powerful, but it's overpriced and unnecessary. It doesn't do anything the 4770k can't do, and you can use all of the suggested parts EXCEPT the motherboard. So I'll update that and resend you the link.
