I'd get the Gigabyte or MSI GTX 770, EVGA likes to use reference PCBs depending on the model and this limits their OCing capabilities.
Get the MSI N770 Lightning or the Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770 4GB or 2GB. If you can get the 4GB, will be more useful in the future, a sad choice I made by getting the 2GB version :/

You can afford 4 gb version, so I would go with that.
