Dear Tomshardware community!

My adobe crashes totally shut me down from being able to practice drawing. I am using a wacom intuos 3 tablet. WIndows 7 64 bit. Adobe Photoshop CC 64 bit. Randomly, but very frequently I am getting a crash "The application stopped working etc." It always happens while I am drawing, or ereasing or doing some action, so it never crashes when I am away from keyboard. In the windows event viewer this is how the error log looks like:

Faulting application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 14.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5176451b
Faulting module name: Photoshop.exe, version: 14.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5176451b
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000187032e
Faulting process id: 0x1934
Faulting application start time: 0x01cf2e5a23eef306
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe
Report Id: c6ededc8-9a53-11e3-8545-00c2c60dc8b5

What I tried so far:

- Disabling Tablet PC Input Service
- Updating wacom and vga drivers
- Uninstalling drivers, and installing older versions
- Reinstalling PS
- Installing other version of PS (CS6)
- Disabling plugins
- Turning off Graphic processor usage in PS
- Allocating more RAM (10GB) to PS in PS preferences
- Chaning around the rest of the File Handling options in PS
- Disabling VGA SLI
- Plugging the wacom tablet into anouther USB slot

Nothing worked :(
Please help, the error log seems so general I cant extract any useful information out of it.

Thank you in advance to anyone who has any idea.

Thanks a lot,
Tibor

If I'm reading the information right it looks like you are running Photo Shop in 64bit. Have you tried running it in 32bit mode or even have the option?

I have the 64 bit version installed. But I can try installing the 32 bit version. However that can only use 4 GB ram I think, thats very small for the files I am working on. But still I will try it for troubleshooting purposes now. I will let you know whether it works or not. Its really frustrating that nothing works... Ive been reading forums for the last month and nothing helped.
