Will the GTX 750 ti be a nice upgrade for HD 5750, or will i get too much of a bottleneck from my 1035T for it to matter?

I have a Phenom II X6 1035T (2.6GHz)
8GB DDR3
450W PSU
PCIe 2

will the GTX 750ti be a worthwhile upgrade for 1080p gaming? I am currently using a HD5750 1GB? or is there a better card in the 150ish price range?

Thank you for your help :)

  1. the difference will be if you are overclocking and getting the aftermarket cooler for the 750ti
