does a amd fx 8320 8 cores 3.5 GHz (not overclocked) + a asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 + GIGABYTE RADEON R9 290 play newer games (like battlefield 4) with a good frame rate and ultra settings or will the GPU bottleneck. Help will be much appreciated since ths is my first build

It should be fine for most games.OCing the CPU would help overall performance.

People throw around bottleneck WAY too much. And the GPU cannot bottleneck anything, it would be the CPU bottlenecking the GPU, but the 8320 will definitely not do that.

The 290 is a great card, and will play the new games amazingly well at 1080p
