Best way to get my Windows 7 onto my new 120gb ssd.

I am upgrading my computer and adding a 120gb crucial ssd sata 3. I already have a 1tb hdd in the system but i want to get my windows and one of my games over onto the ssd so it all boots faster. I also just installed a new cpu fx vishera 8350. What is the best way to get my OS and game onto my ssd without having to reinstall everything and going through tons of hassel. ?
