Basically, I was laying on my bed and i lean my phone on top of my light to charge and i went to grab something and accidentally knocked it off onto the floor and now it wont turn on, it flashed and then words popped up saying move sound button up to reset and down for OK.
How do i fix my Huawei p6s after it falling?

Remove any memory cards you have, and do what it tells you to reset it. That will wipe the phone and bring it back to factory setting. Right now it's the only thing you can try. It may not work with the reset if something was knocked loose or otherwise damaged. You'll have to open the phone and check things, or replace it.
