This is quite a hard thing do as there is a lot of things I need but is very VERY awkward.

I have $500, BUT Plot twist I already have a computer which is pretty decent, my mum is letting me build her a new computer and letting me have the new one she is building, which of course will be better. BUT she only wants it for movies so I am going to take my GPU from my computer now (R9 270) I have 430 watts under my bed from the last time I upgraded and 750 watts in my computer. So this is what I am thinking, I take the 750 watts out of my computer now put my old 430 watts in, so now I have 750 watts and gpu you too put into a new computer, but I need you get me a new build for $500, keep in mind I already have a R9 270 and 750 Watts corsair 80+ bronze.

I need the new cooler since i'm giving my mum my old one: CPU Cooler, thermal paste (if not included) A okay looking case (my one current is just a big black tower)

Please Help!!!

Here's a build that goes slightly over budget. I included an OS and did the build through US sites since you didn't state what country you live in.

I'm just wondering is there anyway I can take the "intel" route. I don't need an OS I already have windows 7 here.
Also is there any other cases. I know i'm being extremely picky its just that my previous computer had 0% of my input.

It goes a bit further over budget if you want a nice i5-4670K.

Dude <3 but guess what if you can find me 4GB of cheap ram I will take my 2x4GB sticks out of my old computer and put them in my new one! meaning it wont be over budget. Also would you need to know my old motherboard and processor to choose a ram suitable?

Here's what the build would look like with that RAM.

Thanks man! but my mum would only use like 4 GB not even for microsoft excel and streaming movies. so i could go even less RAM.
