Is a 3.3v, 5v current rate of 20amps sufficient?

So I bought a corsair vs650 650w psu today and i am quite curious if the 3.3v and 5v rails give enough power for my system. my system is:
Intel i5-760@2.8 ghz
gainward gtx560ti
mid size desktop mobo(gigabyte p55-ud3l)
2 ddr3 sticks
2 HDDs
1 DVD-ROM
5 usb devices

the psu gives a +12v of 50amp which is ok,
but it gives only 20amps from the 3.3v and 5v rails

Is it OK for my system???

OK tnx!
My system runs really better now! I maxed out Far Cry 3 (with 2xAA), and I still get decent FPS(more than 35). Plus my system is much cooler now. my previous psu was going too hot and my cpu was getting overheated too.
With my previous no-name 550w (I doubt if it was 550 tho') psu my settings were medium to high, else it was unplayable...
The one that worries me is that my tp-link wifi adapter disconnects when it downloads at high speeds(above 1MB/s)...
