new board will boot

I just installed a new motherboard and video card. Pc will not . No post or video. Memory and prosessor were working fine before. Where should I start

Do you have a case speaker? If so, plug that into the motherboard, remove all RAM sticks, and boot. This is a test to see if the motherboard's working in the first place. It should begin making a continuous series of long beeps. If not, your motherboard's got a serious problem.
