Can't access BIOS or Boot Windows

I was asked to help remove a forgotten password off of a Samsung dp500a2d-a02ub running Windows 8 OS. I burned a bootable Windows password editor CD to remove the old password.

I had to enter the BIOS settings and alter the secure boot setting in order to boot the CD. I changed the UEFI setting to some 3 letter acronym I cant remember. I was then able to successfully use the password reset disc, but after finishing the process and rebooting the computer, I am getting this error: Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

I have tried pressing every button from F1-Delete repeatedly as I power on the system but there appears to be no way to enter the BIOS. There really isn't any time to press anything either.

When I turn on the PC the first thing I see is a blue box that says: PASSWORD.
After that password is entered I get another blue box that says: ST500LM012 HN-M500MBB Enter HDD password, and after that last password I am brought directly to the Reboot and select boot device error.

I cant boot the computer and I cant enter the BIOS. Does anyone know some alternative way I can get into the BIOS setting to restore the factory defaults? Anything at all that might help?

Any help would be appreciated. I will check back on this post tomorrow.

I figured out the solution within minutes of posting this. I had to hit Ctr-Alt-Delete at the first password screen and it would restart the PC. Only this time it would show the Samsung logo just long enough to press F2. I restored the default settings and it's back to the normal. For future reference for anyone that might encounter this problem on a Samsung all-in-one, It Will Not give you an opportunity to press F2 without using Ctr-Alt-Delete to restart the PC. A hard restart will not work.
