Okay I know I've been here before with basically the same answer, and everybody said that build #1 was awesome for my 1300 budget.

But after searching and shopping around I seem to have found better prices, reviews and hardware in build #2
My question is can anybody just look through them for me and let me know which one really is better for my money.

I live near a micro center, so that is where my CPU+Mobo bundle comes from.
Also I would love to OC sometime in the near future, but not SLI.

So while looking at the 780's I found two from EVGA, one priced at $499.99 after rebate and $489.99 after 45 instant off+20 dollar rebate, it also is ACX possibly SC

But I was also looking at Gigabyte 780's seen one for 509.99 after rebate, which is just a little faster then the ACX, but not by much. What are your opinions on that?

I also love the NZXT h440, just a sexy case and great cable management. so I really want to keep that.

I removed the SSD from build #2 cause i was cutting close to my budget I would love to be able to get that back into the build also.
Any help with this I would really appreciate it.

I will be ordering this build tomorrow, and I am so siked to get back into PC gaming

I tried this on the forums at pcpartpicker, while the guy sort of helped me. he completely ignored everything I said and changed it to his liking, needless to say he wasn't much help

Okay now that I got them together, I just want some help on which one I should get.
I do plan to OC whatever is possible don't really plan to SLI.

So from the first build, I have some questions about the first builds 780 compared to the second.
The gtx 780 is 499.99 after rebate, the second builds 780 is better with ACX at
