What adapters do I need to buy for my additional fans to use my fan controller?

I read a review of my case that says the case's fan controller "uses standard peripheral power connectors, so if you install additional fans with a three-pin power connector, you will need to use adapters in order to connect the fans to the controller."
Can someone explain to me what kind of adapters I need to purchase, how many I'll need (I have three additional fans), and link me to a good adapter?

EDIT: The fan controller uses 4 pin molex connectors.
