Keyboard not working mouse not working. Tried 3 different keyboards n 2 different mouse. Keyboard was thw original and the other 2 aee usb. I cannot get into computer to restore. I get into bios keyboard still doesn't work can't get passed sign into windows screen. I've tried unplugging everyrhing and the batterie trick and no luck. Dont know what to do.

Remove the battery cell off your mobo. Plug it again after 4-5 minutes with positive side facing up. This will clear CMOS hence clear all the passwords and reset the BIOS to its defaults. Hopefully, this will be of some help.

I tried the ps2 port. I can't update anything. No discs will load because I can't get passed the password acreen to get into windows.. I tried putting in the restore disc and can't load that until u get passed the log in. Tried getting into bios to take off passwords but again keyboard doesn't work...
