Tricky. Almost certainly 'hung' during the update, only way out is to Hard Power Off, hold pwr button down for 5 secs and hope the update did no damage to the OS. Hopefully you'll be able to boot, but recommend you check your system for errors.
First try System File Checker
Winkey plus 'X'

First try System File Checker
Winkey plus 'X'
Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
Type sfc /scannow then Enter

It finds and fixes errors in Windows, but doesn't always report them. Run it and see if it reports any faults. If corrupt files are found that can’t be fixed, try

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot System
Re-run SFC

Thanks for the help! But I just got mad and left it run and went to bed. Then this morning it was done. So I guess it was just an angonizingly long update....lol

Oh, well, at least you have some useful info should you have problems in the future! Might be worth running them anyway, 3+ hours a long time for an update...
