1.Can I use XMP along With Intel Turbo Boost technology?i had read some article saying that if we active our XMP profile,it disabled some feature of our CPU such as intel turbo boost and energy saving

2.What the Difference beetwen Auto And Enabled in CPU?(Example Intel Turbo Boost Enabled or Auto)

3.How Much XMP affect our system?give example if possible

Solution
1. The XMP profile has no effect on other CPU functions. It is strictly a way to get the RAM to run at its rated specs.

2. Auto settings allow the motherboard to decide what the setting should be. If you want to make sure something is enabled than manually set it to enabled.

3. It's always a good idea to enable the XMP profile for your RAM. If you don't then the motherboard will default to safe values and your RAM will likely not be running at its rated speed.
XMP shouldnt affect anything other than the memory profile as its just that, if u want turbo on enable it, yes the memory controller is on the cpu but it wouldnt turn off power savings or turbo or something else. That would be a windows power savings plan or something. If XMP turns it off its because some setting for overclocking was set to manual and if it can be turned off it can be turned right back on lol
