Yeah so its going to be a problem with your graphics card or temperatures...It seems your processor (i5 2450m) is getting pretty damned hot whilst you are on games(The recommended max temps are are around 63c so yours is way too hot.) . I agree, you should try cleaning the fans. I also...

Well the coding term 'callback' executes an event. 'thermPolicy' might imply your machine is over heating (at a guess)

it happen only when im playing game..it not happen if i'll just use for watching video..and the laptop feel very hot when playing game..every game that use graphic card

I agree, you should try cleaning the fans. I also see that it says 'Null Driver' on the information on bluescreen view so try looking at latest GPU drivers and downloading them.

I wouldn't try un-installing the Graphics card as of yet as we haven't ruled out other things. I would look at getting a new graphics card as a last resort.
