CPU & Vcore-1 Overheating problems

Like the title said, my CPU and VCORE-1 are overheating a lot, shutting down my pc every now and again when I get into some games such as Saints Row 4 or Assassins Creed 4.

I've already looked into getting some liquid cooling for the CPU. It will be coming in tomorrow, and I'll put that together then. That should fix my CPU overheating, [strike]but I don't know anything about the VCORE nonsense. What is it? Why is it overheating? How do I fix it?[/strike]

New issue that I would like to resolve :
I installed my liquid cooler to my CPU and it's working rather well - dropped my cpu temp to about 40 on idle, and 55 while under medium/heavy load... but this isn't good enough, to me. Is there a way I can speed up my coolers cycle speed? I've been doing some research and can't find a way to do it. I'm probably just looking in the wrong places and asking the wrong questions. So how do I amp up the speed of the water flow?

I am thinking of installing another fan on the other side to push air, so I'll have 2 fans on the radiator itself; one pushing and one pulling air. That should help, but I can assume it won't help much.

Also, I figured out what the VCORE is and that I'm not actually talking about the VCORE, I'm talking about the VRM... I took my old CPU Heatsink&fan and removed the fan from it, and placed it RIGHT over my VCORE to cool it off (although I don't have a bracket to hold it there... it's just me testing it, to see if it would help) and the fan runs about 2200 RPM, and lowered the temp of the vcore/vrm by 20 ~ 30C, depending on load amounts. It's working wonders! Now I just need to figure out how to bracket it properly.

General info -
I'm running with a AMD FX-9370 8-core processor, 4.41GHz,
Brand new hardware, completely new pc,
Tons of fans running on high speeds to keep the pc cool. I can link you to my case so you know what I'm working with.

PS: Sorry if this isn't specifically about the cpu in the cpu section of the forum. >.<

I've actually gotten the CPU down to about 30~35C on average, with 40~45C on heavy loads now. The v-core is still going to be a problem because I can't find a way to cool it.

same as the CPU, 35 on idle and 45~ on heavy loads

But it's still a un-bracketed fan, so it's not perminent. I have to figure out how to set up a plastic bracket for it so I don't mess with the cases grounding capabilities, I just don't know how to do it xD

I've noticed that the overheating problem is fixed, but it's still a goal of mine to get them to be cooler than they are. I'm looking to find a way to do that, but I don't think I'll be able to.

Even though they are working well and don't get hot any more, any suggestions or ideas to get them cooler? If any.

I am literally in the same boat. I am running the AMD FX-9590 8 core at 4.7GHz and I installed the Corsair H100i water cooler and at first it kept my temps down in 30-40's range but now I am pushing 65c on my CPU and 82c on VCORE-1. I am going to replace the heat compound for the CPU and see if that does the trick. No idea what to do about the Vcore-1
