Is that kind of fabric softener safe for pc components? If its safe, its fine for me unless it can harm my hardwares

What don't you understand about the OP asking about new/unused bounce dryer sheet?
Once you run it through a cycle or two it's not "new/unused" anymore.
Those that have used "new/unused" dryer sheets found that it deposited fabric softener all over the fan blades and on components near it and then they decided to use used dryer sheets.
