So I had this problem of my system only turning on by a split second (havne't even booted this system before I had just built it) and I was going crazy about fixing it. So I breadboarded the system to the point where I cleaned the thermal paste off the CPU and re-applied it. I then put one stick of RAM into the DIMM slot of C1 then I decided to test boot it real quick and what do you know!! It worked.. I built it all back together (put the graphics card inside it and all that) oh and the dr. debug came up with a b7 (Configuration Reset [reset of NVRAM settings]) or it was 67 (CPU DXE initialization (CPU module specific) I really couldn't tell.

So I went to go get a HDMI cable to see if I had any output but when I come back I see that the system has turned off and has returned to the problem of the split second boot times..

Please help me!!

Here is the build: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/2K4VB

EDIT: Figured it out, I pulled the PSU out of the machine i'm typing on right now and put it in and it powered and stayed that way. Already ordered a new one :)

I just realised I had no power going to any 2 of my HDD's or power going to my DVD drive.. Could this be causing this problem in any way?

This isn't a RAM problem - I did the same thing I did before on how I thought i fixed it (unplugging all RAM) but to no avail. I think it's overheating or something..?

I'm at square one again right now.. I can't get it to boot anymore..
