I'm building a PC with these specs:

Case:
Thermaltake XASER III V2000A

PSU:
EVGA 750W NEX750G Modular (80+Gold) retail

MOBO:
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0, 990FX Socket AM3+, ATX

CPU:
AMD FX-8350 X8 4.0GHz 16MB 125W Box AM3+

Thermal paste:
ARCTIC MX-4 4gr.

CPU cooler:
Corsair Hydro Series H100i

RAM:
RAM DDR3 2x4GB / 1600Mhz CORSAIR Vengeance

GFX card:
MSI Radeon R9 270X GAMING 4GB TwinFrozr4

SSD:
SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250GB SSD 2.5" (MZ-7TE250BW)

HDD:
Seagate HD3.5" SATA3 2TB ST2000DM001

Network:

I need help with figuring out whether or not the h100i will fit my computer case without modding.

Damn I knew i'd have to end up doing some cutting. Thanks for the quick response though... Think I'll find a way to cut open the top removing the useless USB and audio jacks in the top. Budget build and using an old unused case was a way to cut costs :)

@KaizenDK
Let me know how it goes.... I am reusing my Xaser III too and building a i-4771 server for ESXi virtualization. I would like to get away without liq cooling but am concerned the heat is more than the case can handle.... No OC, just the asrock z87 mobo and cpu...using the mobo video....and 5x 3TB drives....
