This isn't a serious problem, more of a minor annoyance. If I hover my mouse above any icon to where it highlights and I move it away it leaves this black spot where my background should be: http://prntscr.com/2ufqs1
I've updated my gfx card drivers to the latest version so it can't be that. There are only 2 causes i can think of for this, I recently setup dual moniters (this one is less likely because it started recently and i have had the dual screens for about 2 weeks), and just 2 days ago i got a drawing tablet in the mail (wacom intuous pro) and i set it up to work with my computer, that's when the problems started.
