Hey forum,
Looking for some opinions on which board is better and why. I'll be running a 4770k and a gtx 770 and mainly will be using the PC for gaming.
I know the hero has some additional features that are nice for gaming, but are these really noticeable?
I don't care for the wifi of the pro, but it is $50 cheaper than the hero.

Well I'd prefer the Gigabyte motherboard for several reasons, Just to list a few;

1) You don't have to play around with the bios to get your CPU working

2) It only supports 2-way SLI/Crossfire, whilst the Asus supports 4 way, so the money goes into other features.

3)I like the look of the UD4H better

4) For $20 less, and the features you spend more on for the Asus Z87 PRO, it isn't worth it unless you buy 3/4 cards.

Alright, thanks. Last thing, I could also get the GA Z87 UD4H for around $20 cheaper than the pro. I prefer the red color scheme of the UD4H, but don't know much else about it. Which one would you prefer and why?

I see, thank you for your time. I plan to run 1 video card now and likely 2 in the future, but no more than that, so it looks like I'll go with the gigabyte for better looks, price, and features. :D thanks again!
