I just wanted to know what PCIe Version does this Asus P5G41T-M LX support..

According To this PCIe Version Please mention me a good Graphic card ......
Costing around 3000

System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz
32 bit operating system
Memory
Type: 2 x DDR3

Buying an APU will cost more than twice his budget, not to mention a new board as well haha

That's a really low budget, your best bet would be a low end card like a 5450/6450 or so

Save up a bit more for this at the very least, the older 5570 should let you play games at low settings at 720p or below

your motherboard supports:
-1 x PCIe x16
-1 x PCIe x1
-2 x PCI

i would definitely NOT reccomend spending 3000$ on a graphics card with your pretty low end system.

a good grapics card for you would be somting like and radeon HD 7870 (http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Mini-Displayport-PCI-Express-Graphic-GV-R787OC-2GD/dp/B007PJVB3Y)

but even that card would get "bottlenecked" (i don't like to use that term) .

that's about 48$ dollars.
i can't realy help you as i don't know how expensive a GPU is in your country.

But if it's as expensive as here, i 48$ dollar graphics card won't do you any good.

for somting cheap to game with i'd reccomend somting like the AMD APU's.
this will play your games until you have enough to buy a good graphics card
