Noctua NH D-14 in a NZXT H230?

My friend got me an i5 4670k and I wish to overclock it. A D-14 is a lot cheaper than other coolers here, but I notice there is a problem. D-14's height is 160mm but the H230 only has 158mm. So my question is, do I need to worry about that 2mm? If so, what is another reliable cooler at the same price point? ($100)

Yes, you do want to worry about that 2mm, unless you want to run the computer with the side panel off (not recommended).

The NH-U12S is good.

Nothing would necessarily be damaged, but if Noctua's and NZXT's measurements are correct, the NH-D14 wouldn't fit in the case with the side panel on.
