I still have not bought a video card for this set-up. I want to play games like Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Dota 2. What can you suggest for me? I know that my set-up is kind of old.

I just want to ask first if Intel Core-i3 can really support these kinds of games since it will really be pointless adding a video card to my system unit.

Uhm sir, can you suggest all the video cards my set-up can handle? From the highest to the lowest. I'm still pretty new to computers. I still don't have a definite budget and I don't know if the video card you will suggest is available in my graphics card dealer.

Well if u use gtx titan with i3 it will surely bottlneck if application is Cpu Intensive
All i am saying go for a mid range card like gtx 760 or r9 270x and you are good to go.
With gtx 760 or r9 270x you will play all high end games @1080p at decent fps
Gtx760 is slightly faster than r9 270x but is little costly
See these results if u wanna know how your Cpu performs with Gtx Titan

These GtX 760 & R9 270X? How much do these cost? Respectively.
