Will a new graphics card fit in my pc?

I desperately need a new graphics card for my PC, and I have narrowed down to one that seems like it is compatible with the horrid PSU that is default on my system (350w). The Asus Radeon R7 250. The only problem seems that the card's dimensions are: 6.3" x 4.4" x 1.3" (Single slot)
My PC's graphics card slot dimensions:10.5 inches (267 mm) x 4.376 inches (111 mm) x Dual-slot

Will the small height difference cause me any harm with fitting it?
Not very tech-savvy so, don't make this too complicated please.
