i have recently format my lp,after that it cant find wifi when other can and also currently i have win7 but when i buy this lp it comes with win8 , i have upgrade it with win8.1 and then i have lots of problems to face so i have changed it to win7 and now no other function work,for eg:when i press F4 -contrast will low but now nothing happened,is that for win7 or something other..
plz help me out

DELL N series 5010 & OS is win7(professional)

Look on the Dell website to see what drivers they have for your model. You can only run the versions of Windows that they have drivers for. You should certainly not have changed the OS that it came with without checking the Dell website first, that's when hardware and/or functions stop working.

For the UK, go here and enter your laptop's Service Tag (it's underneath):
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/uk/en/ukbsdt1/drivershome/showproductselector

For other countries, first click "United Kingdom" at top-left of page and a drop-down list will appear.
