I'd suggest a Crucial m500 240GB for ~$130. Going up a size will cost you ~$250 for 512GB.

just for curiosity asking you i have seen there are many Series like 520, 530 in Intel page. what does it mean actually ? and also i would like to ask you, i have heard Intel invented the SSD technology so there product might be good then other brands. what you say ??
Intel didn't invent SSDs - no idea where you got that. They did make some of the earlier consumer-focused ones, but theirs aren't much different to anybody else's.
They're different models, from different generations. Newer ones are generally faster, and some of the low-end ones have been deliberately handi-capped.

and also i would want to know is the performance deffer if i use SSD along with HDD ?? that is, i keep my only OS in SSD and rest of the data in HDD .
