Every time I had over clocked with the settings below my PC will turn off and open with the message that the over clock was unsuccessful and restoring to defaults, I tried increasing the core voltage and it still turned off and reset to default.
I had these settings:
CPU ratio 44x
Ring ratio 42x
VCCIN 1.9v
core v: 1.25v
ring v: 1.22v
My Motherboard is the MSi z87-G45 and my processor cooler is the CM Hyper 212 Evo
