Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler Rs. 3299 , better for overclocking, lower temps and no noise would be Noctua NH-D14 Rs. 5735
MSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card Rs. 20896

Yes both coolers are, if you can go for the Noctua because the temperatures in India are higher and the Cooler Master is weaker than the Noctua.
TP-LINK TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless PCI Express Network Nic Rs. 750
Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet Rs. 3392 - only 3 cases in Flipcart, not much to choose from
Around 75k RS with changes
