Here is a LINK for your CPU. Please note that Intel recommends voltages of .8500 - 1.5 for that CPU and Tcase Temps to not exceed 62C.

The first thing I would do is get an after market CPU cooler to get those temps down or you will risk burning up your CPU. I do not know much about your M/B but most could OC to 325 FSB and the better ones 500 FSB. Assuming good...

As for your ram, back in the time I had my Duo core the ram specs were 1.9 - 2.1 depending on the MFG of your ram. It should be on a sticker affixed to the stick/s themselves.

Good luck to you. :)

That board probably won't go past 350 fsb..the one I had seemed like it had a hard wall.
so..bump vcore and NB and fsb all 2 notches.set to 350...and call it good :)
then play with your RAM
Good Luck
and yes,you should probably get a better cooler.
That Enermax one is good.
RAM.eh...whatever your RAM wants.
also..the VRM setup on those is not strong..
I had to undervolt and underclock when I used a quad on it.
try keeping a fan pointed @ the VRMs
