So I went ahead and bought a CPU fan so I can overclock my i5 2500k but then got tempted to upgrade my graphics card and whatnot, so I need help, kind of.

I live in Sweden, Stockholm so no need to link to newegg etc as (I don't think so alteast) it exists here, nor do I want to pay for shipping it overseas.

My current specs..
Motherboard: Z68 Extreme3 Gen3
CPU: Intel i5 2500k not overclocked yet, with a Cooler master 212 Hyper EVO fan.
GPU: Ati Radeon HD6950, want to replace this as it's outdated.
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 @ 1333 Hz 4GB x2. Possibly replace this with higher speeds.
PSU: I'm not entirely sure which one I got, as they were out of the one I ordered way back, but I think it's an ATX something, I googled it once and got barely any results, and it's really crap, one of the parts I'm looking to replace.
HDDs: 1x 500GB Barracuda 7200 Rpm 1x 1TB Barracuda 7200 RPM. Looking to get an SSD with 120+ GBs
And I want to run this with two monitors one of which is 1920x1080 the other one is 1680x1050

I mainly play games, and looking to possibly livestream with thi6s PC. The games that I currently play are League of Legends and World of Warcraft but I'm looking to play Dark Souls 2 and the new Thief game aswell.

The parts I've been looking at thus far is a
ASUS GeForce GTX 760 DC OC 2048 MB
be quiet! Pure Power L8 630W
Samsung SSD EVO Basic 840 series (doesn't include cables and whatnot, so not sure about this one)

my budget? well, I'm not sure, Max 430 - 470 euro (590 - 640 dollars)
