Recently I've been getting ping issues with video games, i used to ping on average 220 230 ping to the Riot LA servers for league of legends and recently the ping has been at a steady 280 and goes up to 330 at night, im using an ethernet on a password protected internet, could this be my ISPs fault? and if so, how can i fix it? I also tried pinging the server with a program and got the same 220-230 i used to get.

The internet isn't a point to point connection. Your data may be flowing through several networks before reaching it's destination. Most routers select shortest path, but don't have to. Anyhow, if any of the hardware along the way is having issues or is overloaded, it can have an effect on your ping. Switching from 15Mb/s to 100Mb/s may have caused it depending on how your ISP had to implement the bandwidth increase. In short, there probably isn't much you can do about it. You could contact your ISP's support and see if everthing looks good from their end.
A password protected internet? Do you mean a VPN? If your pings are increasing in the eveings, this suggests network congestion. You really can't control that. Since more people play league of legends in the eveings (after school & work), it puts more stress on the servers and network.

I don't play league of Legends, but if they have multiple servers, try connecting to a different one, preferably one that is geographically closer to you.

my router is password protected, my bad for not mentioning that. So i know no one else is on my connection. I understand the congestion but it doesn't explain why i average 280 when i used to average 230. I recently upgraded from 15 to 100mbps, could that somehow be affecting it? and i would transfer but i have no money unfortunately and i really don't speak turkish, which is the closest server.
