I recently ordered a new lenovo laptop online. I got the y510p. My problem is when I connect to the wifi it says limited connection and will not let me connect. I have tried many "fixes" online but none have worked.
I have downloaded new drivers, reset tcp/ip, resetting the router, resetting wifi adapter. I have also done a reset to factory settings, twice.
I really need help, does anyone know how to fix this? thanks
EDIT: I have windows 8.1, it came with this i never upgraded from windows 8. Also there are other devices (laptops, ipads, ect) connected to the same wifi.
