use intel hd4000 over amd

i have both intel hd4000 and amd radeon 7600 graphic cards n drivers. when i remove amd's drivers (catalyst) counter strike runs perfectly, but with amd's driver on, it shows problem in opening in openGL.
can i make intel to open it by default?

Do you have a 7670 GPU in your computer? And is your monitor plugged into the GPU?

i do have a 7600 gpu, which i use for other games. the problem is i cannot find a way to add exception in amd's catalyst.
