I need recommendations for a good motherboard.

So I really only want to spend about or around 100 bucks for a decent motherboard for my build. I'll be running a FX 8320 and a XFX HD 7870 and a G.Skill RipJaws X 8 GB(2 x 4) 1866. If I must, I will spend about $150 if its absolutely required for a future proof motherboard.

Edit: Which one of these motherboards is better? They're very similar in my opinion. If anyone can recommend which is better, I'd greatly appreciate the input.

Can't speak to the ASUS board, but I have the Gigabyte (revision 4.0) mentioned there, & it's very nice. It can handle 2 Radeons in CrossFire, & you'll still have 2 empty RAM slots (max of 32GB) for future upgrades.
