Last week my hdd failed and I bought a new one. The new hdd has worked 2 days and then my Operating system crashed. I tryed to reinstall laptop and get a stop error, tryed a second hdd, same thing happened. When I put my new hdd to second computer, same thing is happening to second computer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Sorry for my bad English.

You can't take a Windows installation from one computer and run it on another computer, so that is why it crashed the second computer.
The HDD manufacturers have free diagnostic software. Seagate has SeaTools and WD has Data Lifeguard Utilities. D/L and install the one that applies and test your HDD. Most easily done by attaching your suspect HDD to the spare computer.
