I put an old motherboard into my new case total and a GTX 645 and a Corsair 350W psu, the computer turns on fine and its working, but on my tv i get no signal ON HDMI I took the card out and tried VGA and it's still not working 
I'm using
MS-7173 Motherboard
Pentium 4 @ 3.06Ghz
1024MB of RAM
GTX 645
Corsair 350W Psu
Any help is appreciated!
