HELP on building a gaming RIG! system failure

Guyz, please help me... i just finished putting all the parts of my gaming rig however when i turn it on.... it would run however after a few seconds it would turn off by itself... then turn on again, now it would let me go to the bios setup however after i click some menu... the computer would turn off by itself... then would turn on again and then same scenario on the 1st sentence.... its an unending loop....

CPU - i5 4670k
mobo - asus maximus vi gene
RAM - ADATA 16GB
PSU - corsair cx 600m
hd - wd black 1 tb
ssd - 120gb samsung 840 evo
i have 3 running fans on the system
i don't have an optical drive but i'm using an external od
GPU - EVGA gtx 780 superclocked
