Below is the partial readout can post the entire if needed. I called Seagate and they told me to use SeaTools which is not showing the drive at all. My OS is on here, running fine but with the complaints I have seen on purchasers reviews I want to know if anyone has any idea if these values are bad and if so how bad. Thanks in advance! (BTW the caution is for C5 C6 if that matters)

Thanks for looking Yogi I am calling Amazon as I type I can diagnose and fix most PC problems but SMART readings are not one of them by any means. I really liked the hybrid aspect for OS start up and it did as I expected, really well after a few restarts it was speedy thus saving my ssd for games.

I will install my cd/dvd drive to try the DOS SeaTools as I wait for Amazon! Thanks.

Thanks all, I did a return they are awesome (Amazon) sending me a new one out for tomorrow delivery (speedy!!)

Now for the nitty gritty with Seagate SeaTools. I managed to grab an old CD burner and burn the DOS version which also failed to see my hard drive the tech wanted to me go to my BIOS and change it from AHCI to IDE!!! Which I did for the DOS tool which showed no errors. When I switched back to AHCI the drive still showed the same cautions.

Bottom line is the hybrid system isn't well known to the techs who answer the phone, my 30 minutes at a time on hold as the tech tried to figure things out will attest to that. Sadly I didn't pay attention to the reviewers....
