My 6950 died in mid-November after 2.5 years, and I'm at the point where I just want to game again.

I'm looking at getting one of these 660's:

Current PC specs:
i5-2500k
8gb RAM
750w PSU (might be 1k, but it is at least this)
mobo: gigabyte p67x-ud3-b3
monitor: 24" running 1920x1080

I am not going to overclock, and I likely wont be doing any other build or upgrade for another 4-5 years. I'm ok running things at mid-low settings that far into the future.
Cool and quiet are my biggest concerns - as far as I can tell they're both good in that regard.

Any recommendation of the two?
Also, a quick check if these will work with my current specs - I'm mostly concerned about the motherboard.

Thanks in advance!

Well both are great cards and compatible with your specs, so really a matter if you want to deal with the rebate to get the Asus or just go with the MSI for cheaper starting price.

Awesome - I guess there aren't many noticeable differences between the two cards?

The MSI has about 1% faster clock which could mean around 0.5fps difference in game when running about 50-60FPS so basically nothing that would be noticed.
