Bluescreen Problem ntoskrnl.exe

Hello everyone, i've been having a big problem with my computer lately, and as an unexperienced pc user i can't figure out for the life of me what's wrong with it.

The problem is, is that i keep on getting blue screens, and it';s constantly ive not had a day when i have not had one. I have done some research and i have found out the driver, ntoskrnl.exe is the problem, i would upload the crash dump, or minidump file but im not too sure how i upload it on this website, if anyone could help me that would be Great.
