For all the people who is having troubleshooting with their wifi connection I have developed a very simple app that can tell you all your wifi information. Furthermore it provides an estimation of the channel you are using an an estimation of the overhead of all the channel so you can change your router configuration easily.

I have spend a lot of time in the past checking channel conflicts and I wonder what are the best solution if there are lots of networks in all the channels..? does amplifications works fine in this situation?

What is your question. Most people have used INSSIDER to see all the channel utilization around them.

Still no tool especially one that runs on a phone can see the actual utilization of the radio channels. You can to a point run a wireless capture tool in promiscuous mode and to a point see traffic but it is only sees 802.11 traffic no baby monitors or non 802.11 ip cameras. To run something like this on a phone you would need root access.

Still the only true tool is a spectrum analyzer that directly read the signal levels on certain frequencies. There are a couple call ispy or something and a couple of routers from ubiquiti that can do this but it is not a common feature. Again this would require root access even if the hardware in a phone could do this.

Increasing the transmission power does help but most routers transmit at the legal maximum. Some phones have the ability to adjust the transmit power on the wireless which of course reduces the battery life. It still only to a point solve the issue of overlapping transmission. It only take a small amount of signal to damage data especially when you are using some of the newest encoding methods that put huge amounts of data into the radio signal.
