Hello, Noob here:
I need DDR2 RAM - Went store and saw this......

WKYNnGN.jpg

Does PHYSICAL Size of RAM Width matter?

You see the RAM I have is around 13cm length and 3 cm width - I measure it :p

But from that picture CLEARLY the Ram on the left is BIG and similar to my one ^^^ 13cm by 3cm

but the other sticks left hanging on the right seem so small?....?

1) Does any of that matter?

is 2 sticks of 2GB better ^^^ or 4 single 1gb sticks? TOTAL BOTH 4GB

thank you very much

Solution

No it doesn't matter if the voltages are the same, on DDR3 many low profile RAM's has low voltages 1,35v
