have you checked if the harddisk might be the problem. Have you also tried to see if each memory works. have you tried to reset the CMOS (take the battery (looks like the batteries in watches but bigger) by taking it away from the motherboard.

When you do test be sure to be grounded (by touching something that is metalic) so that you don't damage any components.

When it comes to your score, don't bother look at that as it doesn't show how good the card truly is; for this you have benchmark tools.

Yes I Have Checked The Memory Sticks One By One Even Switched Back To The Old Sticks I First Used And The Old Card As Well....And I Was Still Frustrated With Failure And Bought A New Hard Disk B/c I Too Thought That Might Have Been The Problem But Was Wrong In That As Well .....Yes I Restarted The CMOS Also Did Not Stop The Issue.. It Still Was Giving Me The Same Problem And I Even Set The BIOS Back To Default Setting And It Still Didn't Resolve The Problem .....I Was Told It Might Be The Power Supply But I Have I Have Sufficient Amount Base Off What The Card and Motherboard Requirements..Im Still Stuck Thou!!!

Go to Start, Control Panel, it won't show it if your on Category view, so at the top where it says "View by", change it to "Large Icons". All of the options are in alphabetical order, so find where it says "Power Options", click it. Then it'll take you to another screen that says "Select a power plan" at the top. There will be 2 options there (shown) click the arrow below them thats pointed down. This will release the other 2 options below the first 2. One will say "High Performance", click the little circle next to it to activate. And done!! All you gotta do is highlight the circle.
