I'm looking to build my own Gaming PC, and I would like some help picking out the parts. I got this build (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2WOiX) from a guy, and he said it's the best build for my budget. I wanted a build that could run graphics heavy or soon to be graphics heavy games on high or ultra settings. I also want the build to be able to overclock to its highest potential. Some of the games I will be playing are Battlefield 4, Titanfall, The Division, DayZ SA, Star Citizen, Dragon Age Inquisition, and more. Could this build run some of these games on ultra or high, and be able to overclock well? If not, can you please give me a good build? My budget is $1300. I will be willing to go just a little bit over.

Is it good for overclocking? I'm going to be overclocking a lot, and I know there are some CPU's that aren't good at OCing.
