AMD FX6300 6-core 3.5ghz - Best radeon card to pair it with?

Hi, I am currently building a gaming computer and I would like to know what would be the best ati radeon graphics to pair with the AMD fx6300 I plan on buying. I have also paired the processor with a ASUS M5A78L-M motherboard. I have considered pairing it with a radeon R9 260X 2GB Graphics Card and an Asus AMD Radeon HD 7850 2gb, although I am not sure which would perform better. Thanks in advance for your advice, I don't want to make the mistake of getting a card that under performs.

I currently have the FX-6300 and the Radeon HD 7950. I can run Battlefield 4 on ultra. However, that card has a really high price right now, so I would recommended the R9 270x at this point. Do you have your heart set on Nvidia? The GTX 760 is...

Thanks for the quick reply, I am happy to use Nvidia or Ati, would have thought Amd paired with Ati but there you go. Will certainly consider the GTX 760 for my build. Thanks for the advice.

No problem.

I would have recommended the 7950 last year because it is a slight bit faster than the 760. But now they reatil for like $400. I got mine on sale for $220 last year. In this case the 760 is the definite best option.
