I am looking for help in reducing the price of my PC build shopping list. Ive already gotten rid of the Optical Drive for later to save the extra few bucks. The case is a bit expensive, but I would HOPE to keep it. I'm looking to eBay for the Windows 8.1 software and/or other hardware. I hope I'm right in my biggest worries being the Graphics Card and Hard Drive.

Well, here's the list so far.

I'm on a tight budget so getting it under $700 would be great. I understand it says its less then $700 on the list but with S+H it equates to over that amount.
Thanks!
